We didn't use Terry's services but he did bring by some people to view our house that we were selling. When we got home that evening we found out that HE LEFT OUR GARAGE DOOR OPEN AND THE DOOR UNLOCK ALL AFTERNOON!!! Lucky nothing was stolen as my neighbour closed the door for us after noticing it open for a few hours. Once inside, we noticed that some of the closet doors were also left open which wouldn't have bothered us if the garage door was closed! In my opinion, not very professional. We had our real estate agent contact him about this and he didn't even bother to respond or apologize. Personally, I will never use Terry's services. If you decide to, I highly recommend you remind him to close and lock all the doors before leaving. - Rob
