I was currently working with other realtors and looking for an investment property, we were getting no where. I have been actively looking for about 5 years. I contacted Thomas on a investment property 4 plex listing he had listed. He promptly responded and got me the info. It property wasn't for me, but weeks later he contacted me again asking if I was still interested? Then again, I was surprised as usually that the first time is the last time you hear from most realtors. Then he contacted me again once it was sold. I knew right then that we need to work with Thomas and his persistence and drive would get me the investment property I wanted. We did find our investment property with tones of potential.
