My experience with Todd Goforth was excellent. I was living out of state at the time, he sold my home and handled everything without me ever being there. From the painting, carpet cleaning, window repair, staging, junk haulers etc, he did it all. Todd is an awesome realtor who obviously cares a lot. I have since moved back to Concord and when I am ready to buy a house again, I will be calling Todd.
