How do addresses work?

Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.

You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.

Why do I need to edit addresses?

Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.

Will addresses be displayed on the rating?

No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.

Incorrect Information?

Reviewers may sometimes enter inaccurate transaction details. Agents can make corrections.

What Can I Correct?

You can update the property type, transaction type, closing date, and property address.

Which Reviews Are Eligible For Edits?

Reviews flagged by our system as duplicates for the same transaction are eligible for self-serve edits. For other cases, please contact support.

This selects which rating will show as a snippet in the city rankings, search results, and Top Ranked of 2026 list. Only one rating can be selected. Only available on Premium Memberships.

Every review on Rate-My-Agent.com is put through a strict three-part verification process to ensure authenticity and accuracy.

Human moderators check each review manually. If they detect red flags, they investigate further.

We use proprietary forensic tools to detect fake or manipulated reviews. Evidence is collected to meet legal standards for court use.

Clients and agents can flag suspicious reviews. This adds peer-level accountability and transparency.

Why It Matters
