Although it was not a first home buying experience for both of us, it certainly was the best. Tom's organized and methodical way of moving through the material and procedures made it very easy to follow. Tom is very knowledgeable about the homes and communities we went to look at. We never felt rushed throughout the process to "just pick a place" and we felt that our decisions were respected every step of the way. If we were to do this all again, we would choose to work with Tom again in a heartbeat.
