Tom is wonderful. Breanna had sold our Condo in Calgary for us fast and at top price but Tom was trying to help us buy 4 years ago. The mortgage just was not there at the time. However, once we got all our ducks in a row, and even though Tom lives in Calgary now we still knew we wanted to hire him. He was open and honest with us about everything and even flew up to look at houses with us. He knew how much this house meant to us and it finding the perfect one. It was not simply another transaction for Tom it never is, it's about making a families dreams come true. He was so patient with us and made sure we didn't lower our standards when we started to lose hope.
