Tom and his wife make a fantastic real estate team. Their knowledge of the market was super helpful. Tom truly listens to what you're looking for while adding the right amount of suggestions and informed opinions when appropriate. He's patient, and doesn't rush you into a house that isn't right for you. He's optimistic but honest about managing expectations. Tom goes above and beyond to ensure that you have all your ducks in a row throughout the purchasing process, providing lists, tools, and reminders to ensure you don't miss a step. When it comes to the mental load of a home purchase, he does a lot of the heavy lifting! When it comes to a competitive market, it is clear Tom loves the challenge of making sure you beat the competition to get the house you dream of. We felt very relieved knowing he was on the ball and able to move incredibly fast when needed, ultimately securing the perfect home for our family.
