Tom was great with listening to our needs and helping us look for what we wanted. He was realistic with us on our wants/needs and wasn’t trying to push us into something we didn’t want. We had in-depth discussions about the market, where we fit in it, and our options on moving forward. Even though it was an unsuccessful transaction, we’re looking forward to working with Tom to find a home we’ll be happy with.
