Tom is very professional and takes the time to understand your needs and requirements. He gauges what you are looking for in terms of quality, neighborhood, and price range, and then does a wonderful job at coming up with very accurate listing/s in area/areas, he thinks meet the criteria set by you. We had a 2-month long search, which varied in neighborhoods, and price ranges. This was done while we were living almost 10 hours away from Calgary. Tom was always there to set up virtual showings and drove throughout the city of Calgary to make sure we got an opportunity to look at any of the listings we thought were pertinent. He knew we were dead serious to purchase a property and he responded with full dedication with his time and advice and humor (sort of).
