Tom helped us find our long term home. We were in a tight time situation as we sold before we bought. He was able to find us a great home that met all of our needs within our budget. He worked hard to get us a fair price and negotiate an earlier possession on the home. He found us a good home inspector and helped get the minor deficiencies corrected.
