Tom was so helpful when we bought our dream home. He went in to the house with open eyes and showed us what to look out for when we were busy looking at the wow factor instead. He approached the transaction as if it was his own and walked us through every step. His knowledge about everything home related from building codes to neighborhoods was extraordinary

Reply: Hi Michele, thank you. By far, the most important thing is your use of the word Dream Home two years later - I love that. I have such great memories of the whole experience with you. Thank you for sharing that with me and for writing this review. It turns out I don't know everything, but what I don't know, we can find out :) - Yours, Tom
