Right from the first meeting to understand our needs and wants , to the shortlisted searches, due diligence search on homes selected for viewing and finally always being there throughout the building process( when we decided to go with a pre-construction). Tom was super amazing , so knowledgeable on Calgary real estate and homes , helping us understand what to look out for during all the walk throughs and let us not forget his design skills too.
