Tom is very knowledgeable about Calgary real estate. He was easy to reach and answered any queries quickly. I was looking at a condo, and i was very impressed with something Tom did. He politely introduced himself to some condo owners who were nearby when we looked at the place. He asked about their experience with the condo. I learned some good information and I wouldn't have thought to do that myself.
