Turns out he had major personal issues and wasn't responding to me or other agents after he listed my house. He cost us money on our listing, and we lost out on purchasing other units. He shouldn't be offering his services when he can't meet his obligations. Agents are legally responsible to show all offers. Was a major ordeal to switch agents and go with another agency.
