Turns out he had major personal issues and wasn't responding to me or other agents after he listed my house. He cost us money on our listing, and we lost out on purchasing other units. He shouldn't be offering his services when he can't meet his obligations. Agents are legally responsible to show all offers. Was a major ordeal to switch agents and go with another agency. - Terriby unsatisfied

Quite a friendly, personable person. However midway through the process of looking at properties he's gone dark for a week at a time several times. No replies to phone calls or texts. He's also selling our property and in the midst of a huge amount of interest he is unresponsive. We have no idea what's going on. - J
