Unprofessional. Was interested in a house, asked for a floor plan. Simple said "I do not have one". Any new builder has a floor plan they can easily request from, but Tony did not even try to get my business. I had asked if he could obtain one, and he did not reply to me. Lost a potential client here for sure.
