Asked Tony to do an evaluation for my new house. When he came, he asked me how much I paid to build the house. He does not even know why he came to my house. Then he showed me completely different houses on backlane with no garage while my house has a front attached garage. Then he threw me a number 10% lower than other agents' evaluations and immediately said he already has a buyer. Totally wasted my time. - Scott

Unprofessional. Was interested in a house, asked for a floor plan. Simple said "I do not have one". Any new builder has a floor plan they can easily request from, but Tony did not even try to get my business. I had asked if he could obtain one, and he did not reply to me.
