Tonya and Kim were both absolutely fantastic to work with and there is no way that I’d be a homeowner right now if it weren’t for their help. I initially began my home search independently and scheduled my own viewings by contacting selling agents directly. This was an enormous pain, and frankly the more houses I saw the more I realized that I could use a bit of help. Once I started working with Tonya and Kim the buying process felt like it really took off and made buying a home feel like an actual possibility. They handled the entirety of the viewing scheduling for me, researched neighbourhoods of properties I was interested in, and were able to provide listing histories as well. During walk throughs, they were readily pointing out both the good and bad about properties, and were willing to give honest opinions and evaluations without making me feel pressured to make a purchase, which was a nice change from viewing places with selling agents. After getting to know me a bit, they also recommended that I go check out a place that hadn’t been on my radar that they figured I would like. They were somehow able to make an appointment on an ~hour’s notice and I got to check out the house more or less immediately. This ended up being the house I purchased, so I mean it when I say I couldn’t have done this without them! Beyond the search, Tonya and Kim took care of basically everything else. They did all of the work when it came to submitting offers, set me up with a mortgage broker and a lawyer, and had a home inspector ready to go as well. They’re both easy to get in contact with and never kept me waiting to reply to an email/text or phone call. I really can’t recommend Tonya and Kim enough!
