She was always quick to respond to our questions. She was knowledgeable about the fast changing real estate market in Hamilton which is what we needed when looking for our first home. Tonya knew exactly what we were looking for and set up property listing emails for us. That made it easy to find ones we wanted to visit in person. Overall, the best part was that she was genuinely interested in helping us and it showed. We do plan on buying again in the near future and plan on coming back to Tonya and Kim.
