I found Tracy when we were still living in Portland, OR and hadn't even sold our house there yet but knew we were moving to Victoria, BC. Even though we were many months away from being ready to purchase, Tracy immediately helped me feel welcome and always took the time to answer my questions, chat, and send us relevant and important info about moving to Victoria. She helped answer questions about the school system for our children and really went above and beyond. We finally landed here in Victoria this Sept 2021 and got to meet her in person. Tracy is incredibly professional. She knows her business and people know and respect her. She told us we would find our dream home - and she was right. The house we bought this June is a fixer upper - but it's our dream location/community and we're delighted to call it home. I honestly can't imagine going through this arduous and emotional process with anyone other than her. My husband and I adore Tracy and I already miss getting to see her as much as we did during our home search! I
