We hired Tyler to sell our home back in 2008 when we moved out of Lethbridge. At the time, we also owned two rental properties, which we kept. When it came time to sell one of them this year in 2021, we immediately contacted Tyler. With us being out of town, he volunteered to handle the trades to bring the house up to selling condition, and even did a walk-through after the tenant vacated. We were unsure of the market in December, but it went quick, and Tyler had our backs in negotiations. He wasn't there for a quick sale. We have one more property in Lethrbidge and we will be using Tyler to sell it when the time comes.
