I would stay away from Wes as a realtor. He was the selling realtor for a house we recently bought. He misrepresented the house in his ad and it cost me thousands. He included pictures of an item and commented about it in the listing. The item was bolted and wired to the house. After the negotiations had begun he decided that the item should not have been included in the listing. Because of his shady practices I got less with the house than I should have. My suggestion. Stay away from him!

This is an absolute lie and libel. I have never been Mike Richard's REALTOR®. Mike Richards was represented by another realtor and was well aware (and agreed to) a hoist not being included in the sale of a house PRIOR to an offer being made, prior to an offer being accepted (he initialled and agreed to the changed for a reduced price in the house), and prior to him removing subjects on the house approximately 2 weeks later. Now 2 weeks after he has moved in (and months after the deal was negotiated) he has decided to post comments like this all over social media and on review sites. ADMIN: Please remove.
