Wes Smith is very professional. He works hard in his job and is easy to contact. Concerning purchases he has found me some great deals. When selling a property he provides me with a detailed list of what needs to be done to get the most money for my property. Wes handles the headache and I get the big check. I would stay away from Wes as a realtor. He was the selling realtor for a house we recently bought. He misrepresented the house in his ad and it cost me thousands. He included pictures of an item and commented about it in the listing. The item was bolted and wired to the house. After the negotiations had begun he decided that the item should not have been included in the listing. Because of his shady practices I got less with the house than I should have. My suggestion. Stay away from him! - Mike Richards
