This guys when I asked for his intake he always answered with is ok, is really your option. After the purchase was done and all the stuff that the house needed to be done for essential living came up I realized that this guys just didn't care , only selling is his goal. No ethics at all. I had to replace the electrical of the house 18K, the windows 15k. And after asking for his assistance to do this he stopped answering my calls.
