As a new home buyer in Canada, I didn't realize the crucial importance of windows , insulation and many other things that as a new home buyer, first house ever, I didn't really know. This guys when I asked for his intake he always answered with is ok, is really your option. After the purchase was done and all the stuff that the house needed to be done for essential living came up I realized that this guys just didn't care , only selling is his goal. No ethics at all.
