Yuri initially helped my daughter find a great house. I live 3.5 hours from Winnipeg and after looking at a few homes with Yuri and my daughter I felt confident that he would steer us clear of problem houses and problem neighborhoods. He was very accommodating and communicative. Once my daughter found her house then he sold our condo. His team cleaned, patched, painted and stagef our condo and it sold within a week- while two other units were listed earlier and remained for sale.
