I highly recommend Zoe! After one brief text of introduction, Zoe drove from an out of town conference early so that I could view a property the next day before offers were being presented. She organized multiple days of property tours across the city (again on short notice and around my busy schedule), and was great at adjusting the places she showed me based on my feedback and her (accurate!) feel for what I was looking for. Zoe also made sure to keep me updated, replied promptly to my questions, and advocated on my behalf/continued to work with myself and the builder after I decided on a new build.
