I highly recommend Zoe! After one brief text of introduction, Zoe drove from an out of town conference early so that I could view a property the next day before offers were being presented. She organized multiple days of property tours across the city (again on short notice and around my busy schedule), and was great at adjusting the places she showed me based on my feedback and her (accurate!) feel for what I was looking for. We bought the house through Zoe and when we decided to move 2 years later as well, we used Zoe as well as she was the best realtor we have worked with. We have worked with realtors in India, Texas, Ottawa, and Edmonton. She is quick, efficient, and makes things happen. Things changed at home and we sold the house essentially without us being in town. A lot of the communications were done from India and then we were in Edmonton when we closed. We already had a realtor in Edmonton but got a better one when Zoe got involved. So we found both our experiences working with Zoe simply amazing! Zoe had sold a unit in my building years ago, when the market wasn’t nearly as hot, and I kept her in mind for when I was ready to sell. She remembered pretty much all of the details of the building and many of the floor plans, so I just had to send her photos of my unit for a COVID-19-safe appraisal. This was my first time in the real estate market, as I had purchased my condo pre-construction from the builder, so I was a little bit anxious about the whole process, but Zoe answered all of the rookie questions I had quickly, and also provided a stager and professional photographer at no extra cost.
