In the entire process of selling our condo and buying a home, working with Zoe was the best decision we made. Condos are difficult to sell right now, but with her help, ours sold in 5 days at asking price, which holds the record for the shortest days on market in our condo since the hype of 2021-22. I owe a lot of this success to Zoe's listing and pricing strategy, as well as her staging advice before list. Buying was also stressful: the neighbourhood where we wanted to buy had low inventory and there were slim pickings at our price point. It was clear she always had our best interests in mind, and that made the process more reasurring. She showed us any house we wanted to see, often with very little notice. (She even advised us on how to navigate viewing a private sale.) She pointed out the potential in each house and flagged possible problems, which was invaluable as first time detached home buyers. She was always available to answer any question we had, gave us sound advice on pricing, and was actively leveraging her contacts behind the scenes to position us well. Importantly, Zoe helped us take the emotion out of the biggest purchase of our lives, which in turn helped us weed out the houses that weren't good fits for us, and ultimately landed us the perfect home for our family well within budget (despite a multiple offer situation). I now know what it means to have a Realtor who works for you, and it made a world of a difference in our experience buying and selling. With the wrong Realtor: our condo would still be up for sale. With the wrong Realtor: we would have lost out on our dream home to the other offers on the table or we would have grossly overpaid. A great Realtor is hard to find, and Zoe is exceptional. We will recommend Zoe to everyone looking for a Realtor, and will definitely work with her again in the future.
