We came to Ottawa very unaware of what the market was like or where we wanted to live. Zoe very patiently drove us around Ottawa over multiple days, showing us houses, explaining neighbourhoods and getting to know us. In the end we bought a house in a great area with the walkability and proximity to the places and activities we love. She was kind and patient and helpful in ways we didn’t even know we needed.
