Our growing family was moving back to Ottawa and it was our first time buying pre-construction. Zoe was great at introducing us to the pre-construction process and several builders and neighbourhoods that fit our needs. We ultimately found our dream home at the right price point. We wanted to complete the transaction quickly as our baby is due in April and the coronavirus lockdowns were imminent. Zoe was very responsive and accommodated a tight schedule visiting several sales offices and model homes in succession.
