I highly recommend working with Zoi and her brother, Mike. They are an amazing team - both highly knowledgeable about the market and the different neighbourhoods. They make accurate recommendations to your needs with zero judgement and know how to professionally navigate a wide range of personalities. For example, when we needed to step away from house hunting, they respected our wishes but remained available when we were ready — and when we were ready, they worked incredibly hard to show us homes and give us advantages during these unpredictable times. Even if a home was sold, we were able to view a house to see what we should expect from other homes in that particular area. They had leads on what was coming up in our desired neighbourhoods, so that we can get viewings before an open house. During the 2 days I was in town, they both dropped everything to show me several homes in different locations so I could get a feel of the different areas. The biggest reason I recommend them is because I trust them. They are more than realtors - they are community builders.
