I don't write a lot of reviews but this one I have to. My wife and I met EXCEPTIONAL in Victoria, BC! Buying a home can be a wild experience and as a buyer you have to rely on your realtor to create a positive process, fill it with competent guidance and information. Zoi and her team mates Christian and Mike are the best team you can get. They know their market, they understand trends and most importantly, they understand buyer's needs and wishes. They also have patience to go along with exceptional domain expertise and this just felt good all along the way since, as buyers, we had a lot of questions. Zoi and here team were always responsive and reachable and we did feel like the only clients! There was never a "push" to get a deal done but always great advise and counsel. If you are looking to buy or sell anything in the Greater Victoria area, talk to Zoi. You will be in EXCEPTIONALLY good hands!
