Earlier this year, my husband and I were ready to find a place in Victoria after several years of just being visitors and staying at our go to Bed and Breakfast spot in Rockland or at a hotel. We had no idea where to start to look and what to expect in terms of the types of properties available and which neighbourhood would suite us. Although we were not in a hurry, they kept an eye on the market from day 1, not missing a beat! It was not always possible for us to be in Victoria for viewing so they would visit a place we had an interest in, take pictures or video footage, use Zoom and FaceTime with great mastery and let us know their honest and well informed thoughts based on our requirements.
