Zoi Livia and her team were fantastic to work with as a first-time home buyer! Zoi was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She gave me great advice, answered all of my questions, and helped guide me in the right direction when purchasing my condo, which I’m so happy with and absolutely love! Zoi took me on several house hunting tours where we looked at multiple condos, and she and her team were always responsive, patient, and accommodating throughout the process. When I last minute wanted to see a property again while Zoi was away, she quickly arranged for Jocelyn from her team to show it to me so I could show my friend that was visiting. On a personal level, Zoi was also just genuinely lovely to work with. I always left our interactions impressed by her professionalism, honesty, and support. As a first time buyer, I really appreciated having someone I could trust and feel comfortable asking questions throughout the process.
