Zoi is the absolute best. Fun, smart, fast, easy to deal with and always three steps ahead. A total pro who knows the game and thinks several steps ahead. But at the same time, she's fun, pleasant and puts a high priority on client satisfaction. Not just 'satisfactory', she's downright impressive!
