I am not from the Okanagan, but am very familiar with the area. I engaged Zona to sell my vacant lot that I had no plans for. Her review of the market was up to date and relevant, her suggested price reasonable based on the market. We managed to get above list, to what we agreed would be the best we could get. At all times I felt comfortable and confident in her ability to negotiate the best deal for me and would highly recommend her. Note: I never give 5s lol.
