***BUYER BEWARE*** Do not trust any positive feedback on this web, he hires people to post positive feedback, and all these are false. I know Haji Zul when I rented an apartment before pandemic, and he was the property management for the apartment owner. During the rental time, he seemed nice because he wanted to be my realtor, but he tried to fool me and told me that time was the hot house market in Calgary. I refused his service because everyone knew the house market in Calgary was damn low before pandemic. After the rental lease, he overcharged me one month rent and did not return the deposit. I hired the cleaning company and showed him the receipt during the move-out inspection, and he did not say any issue during the inspection. But, this person just disappeared after that. He is just looking to milk people. Very unethical business practice.
