Stay away from this guy, rented an apartment from him and found out it had bed bugs in the building and he knew about it and never told me. My life is ruined now and when I left he told me that people out in the west are such cry baby's about bed bugs and black mild! And he took all of my damage deposit when I wanted to get out of the building. He's a crook - Greg
