I was born and raised in Edmonton. I attended the University of Alberta to complete a Bachelors of Commerce degree, then went on to complete many courses including Levels 1 and 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program , the Professional Financial Planning Course, the Canadian Securities Course, and obtained my licensing for options and derivatives.
After working as a stockbroker for a few years, I decided my passion and heart are in the real estate business. After deciding to pursue a career in commercial and residential real estate sales, I obtained my real estate licence in 2006. My real estate career quickly took off, and shortly after entering the business I ranked in the top 5% of sales on the Edmonton Real Estate Board. From there I've consistently ranked in the top 5% of sales on the Edmonton Real Estate Board.
Due to my strong business foundation and unrelenting work ethic I achieved the Re/Max Hall of Fame designation in 2008, and the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014. Through the years I've developed an exclusive sales and marketing system that produces the sales and results my clients are looking for. I'm an expert negotiator and a sales specialist whose passion is working with sellers to get them the most amount of money in the quickest amount of time.
I've developed an experienced sales and marketing team where every member plays a very important role in our client's success. Each member is a specialist in their respective area and everyone is geared towards the common goal of providing our clients with the service and results they are looking for. When you hire me, you get not only me, but the focus, care, and attention of my entire team.
In 2013, I founded, a development company focused on luxury infill development in Edmonton. I've completed all the required courses through the Professional Home Builders Institute to acheive the Master Builder Designation. We were selected as a top 3 finalist for the 2015 Canadian Home Builders Awards of Excellence. Building in the luxury market requires a strong focus on the details, and I've used my experience in the real estate market to push the boundaries and ensure the "wow" factor is achieved in every home. And, in turn, this experience with home construction and quality makes me a better REALTOR®.
When I'm not working, I love to spend time with my two children. I'm a strong supporter of local charities including the Children’s Miracle Network, and I'm a founding member of the Raising Dough charity, formed with the purpose of organizing and promoting events which raise funds for meaningful local causes.

I was very pleased with Michael Pavone. I did not think we were going to sell the house that fast but within a week or two of posting it, the house was sold. I thought that he even got us a good price for the house. I thought it would be a lower amount than we actually got for the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Michael was a pleasure to deal with. He had a great can-do attitude, was easy to work with and was always interested in and responsive to our suggestions. Marketing was key to us as we were selling an unusual home. Michael created an attractive brochure exclusive for our house and distributed it to the homes in the neighbourhoods nearby. He has a regular Market Report that is dropped on an ongoing basis to the mailboxes in several neighbourhoods close to our house. He featured our home repeatedly in his report. He followed by further repeated brochure drops to mailboxes. Ultimately these were the efforts that resulted in our property being noticed. Michael also did not hesitate to host several open houses. I really felt meeting Michael was a blessing. I am a businessman, so I am picky on who I would choose to work with. I have certain expectations. I interviewed other agents and felt they were pushy, aggressive, lazy and unprepared. The other agents didn’t even call me back. Then I talked to Michael.
