I have had 2 agents in the last year. Neither one has my home priced at a proper amount to result in a sale.one was grossly overpriced and the other underpriced. Mr Doiron came in and recommended painting the main floor which is what I am doing this week.i am confident now, that he will be able to sell my home and find my next retirement home. The fact that he offered suggestions, enforced his going the extra mile to sell my home. It is, after a year, very comforting to see a light at the end of this experience.
