The purpose of my review is to warn everyone who is thinking of doing business with Nathan Lee to BEWARE and use your highest precaution. I don't want anyone to be Nathan Lee' s victim like me. Nathan lied to us that the buyer's agency exclusive contract was to allow him to make an offer to the house we were interested in buying. We knew later that he never sent the offer and lied that the owner already accepted the offer. Also Nathan told us that the buyer did not have to pay when I asked him about the buyer's brokerage remuneration. We knew later that it was not true and asked him to terminate the buyer's agency exclusive contract which he agreed to terminate in writing via text message. Also the CEO of the company did not give $5,000 back as she verbally promised after our house was sold. We also asked her to terminate the contract which she agreed to. 1 year past, Nathan wanted the commission in his own pocket although he never worked for us, not even once. He lied that we did not asked him to terminate the contract in court. Nathan sent the envelope that wrote CBC MARKET PLACE was the sender. The judge had him amend the claim since he had no right to sue us. 2 years and a half past, the name of LeHomes Realty First was added to the claims. At trial, he lied under oath (See example in the attach). He testified that "whom" he wrote meant anyone in his company. LeHomes Realty First had the manager to attend the claim. The manager testified that only he could terminate the contract. He testified that neither the CEO nor designated agent could terminate the contract while Nathan Lee accepted that he and the CEO represented the brokerage. I asked the Real Estate Council, they told me this was not true. They said they signed the contract, they represented the company and they could terminate the contract. Sadly all their lies were accepted and rewarded. The judge said Nathan explained that the commission came from the seller. (What he explained was in the Buyer’s Brokerage Renumeration). Also she accepted that the manager was the only one who could terminate the contract. Let Karma do Justice. The money that he got from our hard working gets curse from us. That money will not bring you any happiness, except bad luck. - Kylie

Worst realtor. Totally regret using him. I should have listened to my friends warning about him. I was told to listed at a low price to attract buyers and create a bidding war. Finally got all very low-price offers. - Jessica Yang
