Jason was a pleasure to work with. As first time home-buyers, everything was overwhelming at first but he really walked us throught the process and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with each decision we made. He spent time getting to know exactly what we were looking for and in the end we found the perfect first house! Jason is highly knowledgable and professional but he has a great sense of humour and really made the whole process fun. I would recommend Jason in an instant to anyone looking for a trust-worthy agent who truly cares about their client's needs.

Jason was awesome. He listened to everything we said, showed us what the houses like ours sold for so we could pick the right price and it sold in 14 days. Then he did the same analysis for the house we wanted to buy and showed us it was $10,000 overpriced. He presented our offer in person and was able to get us a great price. He also has great hair.
