I just sold a property I purchased 2 years ago. I wanted to list it for 130k more than I bought it for, after I said this Jordan stepped away for afew hours and then contacted me and said he had researched the area, comps and market for the property and said he want to list it for 60k more than even I wanted. I had my doubts. But he listed the property on a Thursday, had an open house Saturday and we had 6 offers on sunday! The highest offer was 15k over our asking price! Then he said to relax and he would get me even more. He managed to get a bidding war going between two parties and I got 27k over asking!
