After one over exuberant inspection of a property by myself , he calmly pointed out the fact that there were 7 lamps turned on in the living area which made it look bright and appealing. Not many people own 7 lamps for 1 room. Little observations like that were very helpful in making sure we acquired a new home we would be happy with once we moved in.
