For the last 4 years, we have hosted our annual Spring & Fall Food Drives in support of local food banks. When you buy or sell your home with The Cormier Group, a portion of each sale is donated to the Children’s IWK and Boys & Girls Club (BCG of Saint John)

Stefan is a great agent, used him twice in 2 years, both for selling and buying both times. On both sides of the transactions, he works really hard to make sure we had the best deal possible. All emails were received late at night as if we were a last-minute afterthought. The closing date was negotiated. We were not notified of it until my Lawyer pointed it out on page 6. This resulted in us having to take an air BNB for three weeks, moving everything into a storage unit, and then moving everything out of a storage unit when we were able to take possession. This resulted in about five thousand dollars in extra expenses because of a lack of communication. - Paul Wile

We also sent a to-do list stating what needed to be done prior to closing and included the closing date. Again I am sorry you felt this way but never once did I delay info or not give you the proper info.As I told you from day #1, I take my job seriously and do everything I can to give you the best experience possible. I really thought I did well selling your home in a timely fashion considering the obstacles we had to overcome.
