I have been a resident of Kelowna and an agent with Century 21 since 2006. I have a lovely wife and the cutest little daughter in town (obviously I'm biased). I have worked very hard over the past nearly 20 years to become one of the Top agents in the city. I am in the Top 1% most successful C21 agents in the country and I lead the #1 team (The Welcome Home Team) in B.C. Many agents spend big dollars marketing themselves to generate business...for me, it has come down to hard work and a good reputation. I pride myself on keeping my client's best interest as my top priority. I am a bit of a stickler for the rules when it comes to the paperwork...that does not mean I don't know how to 'do what it takes' to get the deal done. It means that I work hard to make sure that we are doing what it takes, while at the same time making sure that we are doing things correctly. There are many pitfalls in contracts that can trip up buyers and sellers alike. I work hard to ensure that there are no surprises and we are safe with solid and well-executed paperwork. When working with me, you will also find that I am very quick to respond to texts, emails, and phone calls. I live my life with the 'See The Job, Do The Job' attitude. I do not like putting things off when I can get them squared away right away. Speed is not only helpful it can also ensure that a buyer gets the jump on that perfect home and/or the seller gets a buyer's agent all they need to receive top dollar for their home. Proven results! Trever is excellent to deal with! I used him 4 years ago as he had a lot of knowledge and I needed somebody with a proven track record because it was a complicated deal. I was just as happy with his performance, communication, and ability to sell my house quickly obviously he knows how to price and market a house to sell. I know many realtors in Kelowna but I decided to hire out of my circle and simply researched Google and Trever came up as one of the top recommended agents. I am glad that I phoned him, in the first meet & greet I felt that what I read online about him were all reliable info. I had a great experience with Trever, he tells you the thought without any exaggeration one way or other even if you don't want to hear it. All his advice is based on either facts or extensive knowledge and experience in his profession. He has a well-rounded personality and very pleasant to deal with, he is calm and collected even in hectic times. His communication skills and promptness is second to none, he gets back to you either immediately or let you know exactly when he is getting back to you while in a meeting with other customers. Trever has a fantastic record and this is what convinced us he was the right guy. He knows what he is doing. In the past we have had to ensure our realtor was doing his job.
