Southern California - November 2018 - and I have a feeling I may need to purchase a home in the GTA.  I begin by contacting GTA realtors and wait for emails and callbacks, of which I receive absolutely none.  I then leave a message for Julie Branco and from 2500 miles away, she calls me back.  I explain my situation about moving back to Ontario and the rest was the following successful sequence of events.  March 2019 - Toronto - I visit the GTA and even though my move might not be crystal clear, Julie invests the time to show my wife and I a couple homes.  July 2019 - Toronto - I am back in town and Julie shows me a couple more places.
