We chose Tyler Plante to sell our 21 year olds home. The deal did not go through which was no fault of Tyler’s, however this was when we found out the contract he wrote had some major errors (Mb Residential Tendencies Board). He was to collect deposit and failed to do that after telling us in text that we would get it if the deal did not go through. Sellers - please be very cautious of any contracts and promises made. There will not be any apologies or acknowledgement of mistakes he makes from him. Royal LePage did review, apologize, and will use this case for training. - Amanda
