5. Get at least 3 confirmed ratings per quarter.
6. Reply to all ratings.
7. Embed reviews on their website using Rate-My-Agent.com’s embed code, which automatically posts new reviews.
8. Use reviews in client presentations.
9. Share all 4+ star ratings on social media.

So, if you have adhered to the Pro program outlined above, your full payment will be refunded if you do not have a closed transaction from a client through Rate-My-Agent.com within 12 months of subscribing. Of course, if you decide you want a refund, you will also be giving up your eligibility for pro membership going forward.
